  • Renters and property owners beware -- The company's actions contradict its stated policy of "first, best." Confirmation from an employee indicated that our application was first received and would be promptly processed. However, a subsequent phone call revealed that despite being highly qualified, the company chose another candidate. This decision, relayed by CJ and confirmed by VP Katie Murray, lacked transparency and coherence with their advertised policy. When questioned, Katie reiterated their procedure without providing further explanation. This exchange highlights a disparity between the company's advertised policy of "first, best qualified" and its actual practice. Proposing a change to "best offer" to align with their actions was met with resistance. It's evident that the company's leadership should reevaluate both their stated policies and operational practices for coherence and transparency. Response: This matter is concerning as this is a rental property and not a purchase of real estate. It appears as though you are profiling your applicants by not going in order of first and qualified; essentially searching for the “best.” What defines “best?” Wealth, people who are best at communication , people who are best at landscaping? That company statement is deeply concerning and in so lacks transparency. A review of the company’s application process should be swiftly revamped. I stand by my above statement and remain concerned for people who use your company in the future.

  • (Note: I was not going to post this review to the company website as I first sent it to the owner because the problem was one of his agents. I got no response so now I am going to post the review) To be frank, I have never been compelled to write a review about a realtor before. Every experience I had was one of a kind person (at least while working with me) who was trying to help. Priscilla Puccio was a whole other experience. She was the contact I was put in touch with over a condo rental through Zillow. I had already found the place. All she needed to do was facilitate. I am just going to bullet point the highlights, good and bad, and the reader can judge for themselves about the Priscilla Puccio Experience. - Showed up right on time, which was appreciated - She had the ability to show me two condos, no problems with keys, which was appreciated. - The first condo was dirty. The walls and even more so the floorboards needed painting, like there had been a dog there. The tub had a leak and you could see a ring of dirt that had been created by the drip. I asked Priscilla if she could ask the owner if these things could get fixed and if we could paint once in, using their color of choice, since the walls were not clean and it needed it. Surprisingly, she made this a point of contention and told me that all I “needed to do was get out some cleaning supplies and clean it.” I explained that I was accustomed to places being clean on move-in and the expectation was that we left it clean on move-out. She said its not that way anymore, that I was a homeowner and didn’t understand, and that people take condos “as-is.” - We debated the importance of cleanliness while she continually threw in my face that I had asked for a $50 reduction in rental price to match other units in the complex that were available. (e.g. “Well, do you want things clean or do you want $50 off?”) Eventually, despite initially wanting it, I no longer wanted the condo we were seeing because of all of this. - She showed me another condo, explaining the owner said it was dirty and they would clean it. It had recently had an extermination and dead roaches were everywhere, but it WAS clean compared to the other place and I quickly said we’ll take it. She got my son’s info and they started the application process. - The next week can best be described as Priscilla pressuring people to get things done in a way that made everyone uncomfortable. - After applications had been filled out, she made my son take a cashier’s check (!) to an office in Kissimmee (!), an hour from where he lives and where the condo he is renting is. She told him the wrong name to put on the check as it turns out, so they would not accept it at the office he drove an hour to. He returned to his bank to get a refund to his account and then had to drive the hour back home, all with nothing accomplished. - After all the pressure, I was admittedly frustrated. I tried calling Priscilla 3 times. Each time it went to voicemail and it said “the users mailbox has not been set up.” - I then sent her a text asking what was going on, telling her I heard she was being pushy, somewhat unprofessional and why did my son have to take a check all the way out to Kissimmee? - I later saw I missed a call from her so I called her back. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING HER, READ THIS PART – When she answered the phone, there was no address like “hello” or any type of cordiality. It immediately started with SCREAMING at me. Non-stop screaming. She was screaming about all she had done to help my son, a lot of other unintelligible things, and I finally tried to say my first words “Excuse me?” I said this numerous times and the yelling never stopped. She threatened that she was going to contact my work and tell them about me (I am not sure what she would say) but the anger and screaming never stopped until we eventually hung up on each other. (I found out later she also threatened my son’s mom, who is a realtor as well.) -- Needless to say, we did not rent the place bc of Priscilla and her abusive behavior

  • I have lived on a property managed by this company for almost 9 years. I have never once had a good experience dealing with them. The lack of communication with the office is horrendous. Leslie NEVER returns phone calls. 90% of the time I call, we get voice-mail only to never hear back. Do better, this is the job you signed up for. Do not use this property management company. They're useless. I wish i could give 0 stars.

  • If you own any Property. Do not let them manage it. Even when the tenants pay early you still have to chase your money down. If you are depending on them to pay you on time to pay your mortgage you will be late almost every single month. Today is our last month on the books after multiple emails and a telephone conversation it never gets better with the deposits. It is today the 16th I still didn’t get my money. There is always something that went wrong with the system. Poor communication, be keep all communication in writing as they will come back and try to charge where they shouldn’t. I rate this property management (Premium Property Management) a 1 star ⭐️, since google won’t allow me to rate them 3 bags of feces.

  • Meshell was the best. She found properties in areas I didn't even think of. I would never have thought to look in the area where I finally purchased my home. Meshell was on top of every seller's realtor. Asking questions I didn't think to ask. Meshell got me in to view properties that weren't showing yet. She also asked critical questions about some properties that I looked at, but didn't love. Making sure I didn't "settle" for something I didn't love. The Orlando market is tough. Multiple offers over asking on almost every home we looked at. Meshell pushed realtors, lenders, and associations to make this purchase happen. If you want to make it happen, call Meshell. If there is ever a next time for me, I certainly will.

When we left the rental the management company did hold off some money from our deposit due to some "issues" however thats mainly the owners/landlords discretion so can't really blame the management company for that.

  • This is an addendum review to their excellent service. Ms Iraida Ruiz and Mr Michael Barr are wonderful. We are busy people but Iraida made it happen to show us the rental house within our availability and she had to drive an hour just to do that. Then we ran into a situation that the sneaky owner handed us an unfair lease agreement after we put a deposit. Iraida and Mike did not hesitate to answer many of our calls and emails over the weekend. We decided not to move forward with the owners due to their dishonesty. Mike promptly notified their accounting department to issue a refund check to us and it has been received. They are very prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Me and my roommates were having a bit of a rough time being approved for houses since we are students, and other agents I have spoke to in the past couldn't find many properties in our price range. However, Alycia was able to give us entire lists of properties that accepted students and were in our budget, none that went over. I've talked to a couple of agents and renting companies and none gave us as many properties as she was able to find. She was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and answered all of my (many) questions while maintaining super professional. It was a very quick and easy process and she kept communicating to me all throughout the process. Within days we were able to see the property and apply. Within another day we were approved, no hassle and communication kept throughout!

I called Monday and my appointment to show the property was Friday. They made a promise to show me but then let other person so take it. No regrets. Horrible management.

  • Nuch was great, we highly recommend her! I live in South Florida and have been looking for a place for my aunt who is moving to the Cocoa Beach area from Minnesota. Nuch only took me to properties that had what we wanted not wasting my time, she is really friendly and sweet, she is very responsive to all texts and emails and of course, ended up getting my aunt everything she wanted in a place! We met Nuch around the 6th of June on the phone, and I met in person on the 8th and by today (June 25) my aunt has a condo set for her moving date of July 3! In addition, because I live a couple hours away, Nuch went to visit a property and took video and photos for us! Huge lifesaver for us. Thanks so much Nuch and Premium Properties!

  • BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Everything about them are true! They are TERRIBLE! Namely a gentleman name Juan V, he's less than gentle but I want to be polite. He speaks to you as if you're nothing. They will ignore requests of things that needs to be taken care of on the property. When he did respond, it was more of trying to place blame on you, or trying to find some loophole to avoid fixing issues. Company seemed as though it has no true direction or leadership and is just struggling to make it. AVOID IF YOU CAN HELP IT, TRUST!

On Monday June 3 we saw a listing in the neighborhood that homes go within days. We called and had the good fortune of speaking with Rocco Didonto. After explaining that we did not want to miss this opportunity, Rocco said he could be to us within 90 minutes as he was across town. Rocco was spectacular! He meet us on time and was gracious letting us take our time look at the home. We informed Rocco that we wanted it and that is where the customer service exceeded our expectations. Rocco walked us through the process and was there throughout the evening as we navigated the paperwork process. With paperwork submitted, Rocco communicated with us through the process and by late Tuesday we had a new home. To date- no one ever came out to clean up, the condo still needs repairs! I've been paying rent on a condo I can't even live in.   • As a property owner, trusting your business with my property was the worst decision ever. This company couldn’t manage a little league team. If it were not out of convenience I would have never continued with you. The condition my property was left in was unacceptable and the tenant was a slob. They actually discouraged me from raising the rent trying to convince me my property was not worth it. Well I did get that price and they got their 10% but I encourage every property owner who is considering renting out an apartment, condo or home to do plenty of research first and do your self a favor and stay away from premium properties.

Unfortunately, the whole thing was a gimmick. They repeatedly took money out of our account each month. They did not put our business in the magazine as they had stated and we never in the 6 months got one job from them. There were no invitations to all the get togethers that he supposedly said there would be. Then when the contract was up they continued to take money from my account. When confronted they added the business in the magazine for 1 month. This man is doing illegal work through the MLS and is taking people money. Very poor excuse of a business.

  • This is the worst company ever, don’t even bother, go somewhere else. Over and over again you see the same complaint from different people. my mistake was I didn’t do research on this company. save yourself some time and money and aggravation don’t go with them. My issue was the deposit security. They took over $600 of my deposit. they are crooks, scammers they charge me 200 and something dollars to clean the house. they said one of the pantry doors was stuck and couldn’t opened. they charge me $85 for that, that was like that already. make sure you do a walk-through before you sign anything. look through everything through a magnifying glass. Make a list of the damages keep a copy for yourself and give them a copy keep that list of things that are wrong with this house that you’re going to rent in your files so you could plead your case at the end of the lease. I left this house the way I got it spotless. Yes it had one or 2 things that needed repair, but it was wear and used, we lived there for a year!!! I hired Stanley steamer for the rugs. I hired a cleaning lady to clean the house, from top to bottom. I even clean the baseboards. I have pictures of the house, inside every room, how I left it clean. they took over 600. $ of my deposit. Then they send the $900, that they send to the wrong address. certified mail it took them more than 30 days to get my refund deposit. please folks don’t go with this company there scammers. And if you have no other choice but to go with them remember to make the list of the things that are wrong keep a copy and give them a copy.

  • STAY AWAY FROM PREMIUM PROPERTIES!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I rented for 2 years from them. They are slow to respond to any issues and will straight up lie to you. We had so many issues with the house that were handled improperly and they were ok with it. The actual owner of the house “tried” to fix everything. They knew from previous tenants that he was difficult to deal with. They would actually make comments about him to me and my wife. Anyways, we had our AC go out. The first 2 times the homeowner came out he told us nothing was wrong. It was normal because the temp outside that the AC would not go under 82. Complained to Premium Properties and they sent him out again. Finally he admitted there was an issue and ordered the part online so it took another few days to get the AC fixed. Our water heater went out. We were getting 2-3 minutes of hot water. Again the homeowner came out and said nothing was wrong. Told my wife she was using too much hot water when washing clothes. Obviously that didn’t fly. He came out a second time and fixed the problem by turning the temperature up on the water heater as high as it would go which is the last thing to do. I called and complained and asked for a professional to come out. They denied that request and sent the homeowner again. By the fourth time it was fixed. I could go on and on about this nightmare of a property. It got to a point where there was an electrical issue and I just called an electrician. I’m didnt want Prestige Properties to send the homeowner out and potentially burn down the house. The address to this property in Wekiva is 2528 Canterclub Trail Apopka, FL 32712 If your reading this post and are interested in that property or any other property listed by Premium Properties, don’t do it. You will regret it! Look at all of the one stars they have. That should tell you something!

  • I am honestly so upset that I did not check out the reviews before I rented with this company. It has been an absolute disaster working with them. From the first week I moved it till 6 months later. Any time I need a service request the blame me for the reason something isn’t working. I needed service since the first week I moved in Supposedly the cleaned the house and painted the walls before I moved in and that was a huge lie. I work for a property management. I know what clean carpet and painted walls look like. The carpet smelt of animal pee and the walls were patched over. I had to clean this house entirely because it was not ok. They came out and “serviced” my dishwasher about three times and keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. 6 months later. Its still leaking and I HAVENT EVEN USED IT!! Let’s not forget also that I had to clean old rotten food and water from the dishwasher after moving in because it was not cleaned before I moved in. They have horrible disgusting customer service, they are all condensing and sarcastic. I can go on and on about things that they have done to me. All I am saying is to never rent with them!!!!! Run away. If you are an owner do not use them to help rent out your property. I wish I can give them 0 stars. Also if you have noticed they are not even relying to those of us with major concerns, only replying to those who are complimenting. How inconsiderate!!

I've never seen such a scam like this place like I said I've never been evicted or sued and have been paying rent for 20 plus years. I've had places make me put a bigger deposit down but not denying my application for me, my, and two children because I paid my rent late a few times in the last 20 years but it always get paid before anything else. They will take multiple applications on one property so they are not trying to even help find a place. So bottom line is don't even waste your time or money because that's all your doing. Also they couldn't even call me to tell me. They did it by voicemail and email. They wouldn't even take my calls afterwards so again completely a scam

  • Nightmare, and I have not even moved in yet! I have always avoided rental agencies in the past and my experience so far has been a disaster. My wife and I have been mislead, degraded, insulted and disrespected regarding simple questions or requests. Their lack of professionalism has created a situation where I will do ONLY the absolute bare minimum as a renter and not one single thing more. I take care of homes I rent as if I owned them, often going above and beyond to make sure the home is well kept. This was a lost opportunity for the property management company and the owners of the home to have a family in the home who actually cared. I will be leaving this house already better than I found it by all the cleaning I have done just to move in. I look forward to the day when I can move out and end what has started as a terrible experience. I will never rent from Premium Properties again.

Anything that's wrong with the property would be the issue of the home owner as if you are doing business with the home owner. You will leave 1000 voice mails and not receive one phone call back. Definitely, would think twice before doing business with them. absolute last resort! Oh and about the maintenance request, it takes daysssss for them to even respond to you. Customer Service is terrible. Please guys, think twice before you do business with this company. They're nice to get you to sign the contract but the customer service after that, TERRIBLE!!!!

  • Don't get me wrong. I love the property. But maintenance is a nightmare! When you call to get someone sent out, the girl in charge of relaying your message is extremely rude and more often than not, does nothing to get the problem solved so you have to complain multiple times. It took us months to get our shower and AC fixed. Our oven is still not working but they will do nothing about it because the "maintenance man" says it is functional even though I have tried cooking with it and it does not heat to the appropriate temperature. They say they send service men out to fix things so you wait around for them and they never show up. Then they show up inconveniently without your consent later even if you call the office to let them know that that particular time will not work for you. Really just an embarrassing business.

  • Rental property was very reasonably priced in a decent location. It is very convenient to handle rent online, etc. HOWEVER, if you have a maintenance request, forget it, don't even bother. Our AC was broken and we had no AC for TWO MONTHS. Our oven doesn't work and they will not fix it because the handy man says it works, and our shower handle had broken off and was not fixed for over three months. Lesson learned: test all of the appliances before you sign that least. ALSO, I had an attorney read over our lease and these leases are written to screw tenants over. Please read your lease carefully and make any changes before signing!

  • They screwed up and screwed me over literally anytime there was an opportunity to do so. 1. They informed me two days before I was supposed to move in that they did not have the keys yet to go in and prep the house so it would be another week or so before I could move in. With three roommates, that really messed with our plans. 2. We made a list of things wrong with the house, they gave us less than half the security deposit despite this list. Then they admitted the mistake but told us we have to write a letter to the home owner (out of country for almost the entire year) to get the rest. That didn't happen. 3. One reason they claimed for the bad security deposit was that we didn't keep up the yard, yet we had lawn service. Just a handful of reasons. They cost me additional $$ I didn't have, they cost me time and gave me more headaches than I should have. They're a group of truly either the stupidest individuals in the world or the most evil, but not both. Steer clear of Premium Properties. Honestly, nothing good will come of it no matter what property you're looking at.

  • Literally the worst property management company that I have ever encountered. Prior to moving into our unit, we were told that it was "ready to move in to." I don't know what everyone else's definition of "ready" is but this unit was far from it. The only things that were done to this apartment before we moved in were the carpets were cleaned and the walls in (only) the living/dining room were painted. The oven was filthy. One of the ranges on the stovetop started a small electrical fire when we turned it on. The blinds were disgusting and bent in several places. The walls had blue sharpie marks from the child that had previously lived there. The ceiling fans were caked with dust and grime. There were bleach spots on the 2nd bedroom carpet. Light fixtures were missing covers. Someone had even cut a patch of carpet out of the master closet and used it to repair a spot near the kitchen only they just left a hole in the closet instead of patching that too. The fridge had brown liquid pooled up inside of it and the rail on the door was completely broken off. So needless to say we had to wait an additional 4 days to move our stuff in. Throughout our year living there, we had them fix some of the things that were wrong but they would never fix the fridge. This company uses outside vendors for appliances. This means the guy will come in and "rig" or "patch" things so that he or his vendor can charge something to make $$. Never once would they recommend that the appliance needed to be replaced or updated even though my cousin works for a major appliance manufacturer and said that it needed to be junked. Buy hey what does he know? Lastly when we moved out, our deposit was shorted $100 for a freakin blind that was in the same condition that it was when we moved in. Why does 1 mini blind cost $100!?!?! Steer clear of this terrible company and its subpar staff.

  • DO NOT Rent from PP. They are the most unprofessional at everything EXCEPT stealing from people! I moved into a dirty house, fridge stopped working day 1 and wasn't fixed for two days so i stayed at hotel, did they care, nope! We had a rat infestation and no one cared. I spent 2 days making sure the place was professionally cleaned and provided receipts and yet the took my whole $1300 deposit and claimed I OWED THEM $12! Crazy! They charged me for new mulch, paint, new flooring, granite, and a tree that was cut down and removed! All of which a tenant is not responsible and is considered "normal wear and tear" under the Landlord Tenant Act. DON'T RENT HERE!

The rent goes up every few months, no maintenance work gets done- no matter how many times you call, the lease manager Michelle Jenkins is a NIGHTMARE!!! she has a horrible attitude, never gets anything done... had to call for an entire month to make sure the lease was ok for the next year then proceeded to argue with me about the length of my lease because she can't do her job. This business is a scam, hustling college students out of every nickel and dime. Pay an extra few bucks a month to deal with a real rental management company that will actually do their jobs, you won't regret it.

  • It is not a great company to do business or deal with for the following few reasons (among many), based on a personal experience. Their agent made me sign a residential contract for a commercial property because he doesn't know how to do his work properly. They came back later trying to get me to pay sales tax that was not on my contract. They NEVER repaired anything or even responded to a repair request. The only thing they are good at is to take your money as fast as they can and assign fees. They have a bad habit of cashing checks before their date, if they arrive early as if they can't read dates or know when they are due. The worst part is that banks let them get away with it. I have a good experience with the owner of the property I am renting, but this company does a horrible job managing their property.

  • Worst Property Management company EVER!! Would not respond to emergency calls. After hunting down an after hours emergency number, the guy's response when answering was that he wished nobody had that number and to call back during business hours. The kitchen had flooded with raw sewage in the walls and the kitchen had to be completely remodeled while we were living there. No reimbursement for troubles or living without a kitchen for 2 months!! Then they had the audacity to add bogus charges to us for "damages" to the property that we did not cause. DO NOT rent from them!! RUDE and inconsiderate!!

  • I rented a property through this company for two years. Throughout that two years, the staff were courtesy and helpful. I considered myself a good tenant, rent was always paid on time. My lease was set to expire 7/31/15. June 11th I received a call asking if I was planning on renewing my lease. I said yes and signed the document stating I would be renewing the lease. On 4th of July (a holiday weekend) I get a notice posted to my door that my lease would not be renewed and I must vacate the property as of 7/31/15. When the office opened the following Monday, I called and was told by a VERY RUDE leasing manager (that I had never previously dealt with) that the owner decided not to renew the lease and I had to be out by 7/31/15. So between 6/11/15 and 7/4/15, something had changed. Here is my issue, they picked up the phone to contact me to find out if I was going to renew, but when they decided they didn't want to renew, instead of picking up the phone again, they taped a notice to my front door. To make it even worse, they didn't even attempt to knock, because I was home and found the notice when I went out later that day. I believe that for any company that deals with the public, customer service should be a priority. Treating people with common courtesy and respect will not only bring repeat business, but will also create referral business. It has been made obvious to me, that this company places very little value on customer service. I will never use or recommend this company. The rental and moving process is stressful enough, but then to have to deal with rude, uncompassionate people on top of it, makes a difficult situation even more worse.

Seeing as though you are a "property management company" if you can call yourselves that.   • I have always payed bills on time until I started renting through this real estate company. I never had so much problems with online payment and yet IT IS YOUR FAULT. They enjoy to charge you fees. Fees that are clearly their fault. There was some fees that I admitted were my fault and paid for them. If I only knew the owner of the house, I would tell them to switch companies and to quit wasting money on them. They want to blame me for landscaping problems, partying all the time(We had 2 parties in 1 year at the house) and accusing us of many other problems. Seriously I am a grown ass man, I will take responsibility for what I do wrong, but do not put blame on me without getting your facts straight. My old apartments even had a better online payment system than this one. Oh yea I failed to mention they enjoy to steal your crap (which I also noticed another reviewer had same problem) and have not repainted the house as promised. I can not wait to move out and deal with a more professional company.

  • To CEO, President, or To Whom It May Concern: My whole apartment had been flooded due to owner hiring a plumber. Several phone call and email attempts with no response to my relocation request. On Wednesday March 10, 2015 owner sent his own personal plumber outside of your company to fix plumbing issues in my apartment. Plumber cracked a pipe in process which caused my whole apartment to be flooded with water. Since plumber was unable to stop water from flooding after contacting owners wife, I contacted your company to send an emergency plumber per wife request. By the time emergency plumber could come, original plumber was able to control flood. I was forced to assist with cleaning as to prevent further damage to my property. I went to your company on March 11, 2015 to follow up in person, since no one had followed up about whether or not flooded apartment had been rectified. I was introduced to property manager Michelle Jenkins, who was upset due to fact owner hired his own personal plumber behind their back. She did arrange for Best Way Carpet to set up fans and dehumidifiers to extract excess water left from flood. She explained if I have any issues to let her know by calling her cell phone. Few hours after Best Way set up appropriate equipment to extract water, I contacted Michelle Jenkins via cell phone to inform her on the fact that the fans are very loud and interrupting my normal livelihood and she informed me she would get back with me. I didn't reach back out to her to give her time to respond until after 5pm. However to date Michelle Jenkins, has not responded to my emails or phone calls in regards to the matter of being relocated nor my request about a dryer not working due to fact previous plumber started fixing dryer, but was unable to fix because the owner retracted original plumber authority to continue to repair issues in my apartment. However, when I reach out about the needing another fan and also plumber not arriving she responds. This is totally unprofessional behavior from Michelle Jenkins. As a financially loyal tenant for four plus years, this is very frustrating. This unfortunate circumstance they have amongst each other has nothing to do with me, as I am just a financially loyal tenant for four plus years, who inherited a disaster. I have been constructionally evicted. Under Florida law I do not have to pay any form of rent until all matters regarding repairs of my apartment are rectified. At this present moment I can no longer perform the normal functions of my apartment that I pay for. In addition, I have had to call out for two days straight from work unpaid to accommodate negligence of an owner and a property management company, to repair issues not caused by me. I sincerely request for professionalism and cooperation from everyone. This is not only your burden, but my burden I have to live with daily. I would like professional communication on how you all will go forward repairing on-going issues present in my apartment. Requested items that include toilet moving, leakage on sinks and under sinks, washer and dryer to be repaired (as I have not been able to wash clothes that were damaged during this time). I would like from your company to advocate on my behalf to owner on financial compensation of the unpaid time I have lost from work, the excess utility bills I will accrue due to fanning and using dehumidifiers to rectify damages I did not cause, Cleaning up my apartment due to water damages and repair personnel not cleaning up after themselves.   • To whom it may concern! I have been renting the same property from Premium Properties for 10 years. Ivette Rios the property manager has been the best. She always answers my phone calls and she always sends a vendor out in a timely manner. Having some experience with property managers I have found that it is not the property management company it is normally differences between the owners, the renters and the property managers. Most owners are really great unfortunately you have some owners who don't want to pay or fix anything. Most renters are good renters unfortunately you have renters that are really needy and seem to break everything. I understand how everyone involved feels. You have to maintain your composure and talk in a calm manner if you can't get a response then talk to the owner of the company. When you have a good a relationship with everyone and you take pictures you will get results. Just be nice. I would recommend Ivette and Premium Properties to anyone.

  • I would highly recommend you do NOT rent any place from this company. My boyfriend and I rented a house from them. When we moved in, the place was FILTHY. Being happy that we finally found a nice home, my boyfriend and I just cleaned everything ourselves without complaining. When we moved out, we made sure the place was spotless and did all the required yard work and steps on the move-out list they had provided. One of he agents did a final inspection and I called the finance office where they told me that my $1,300 deposit would be returned. After a month, I still hasn't received it and I called the office where they told me the reason why I didn't receive my deposit, even though they lied and said I would originally, was because "the carpets were not cleaned". The house we rented had absolutely no carpets. It was all hardwood floors. They then continued to lie and say that we never did any yard work, when my boyfriend and I had people come and professionally do it and my boyfriend also did weekly maintenance. These people are liars and thieves. All of this done with an attitude from them of course, too. Also, when you give them the notice that you're moving out, you will be harassed multiple times on a daily basis from agents to show the property. MULTIPLE times a day. Not to mention they're rude about this, too. Do NOT rent from Premium Properties.

The house is not fixed like Rey promised in the contract. If you want to waste your time and money go ahead. Not worth the head ache.
